Free marketing for our local realtors…come and present at our next event!
Property Talk events are a chance for realtors to talk about and market their listings for free in an environment that is free from outside sales and prospecting. It’s an opportunity for them to put their listings in front of other agents and showcase it in a way that cannot be done through MLS. It’s also a chance for them to create relationships with other realtors in the industry.
The Property Talk events are fast paced, controlled meetings. There is a time for networking before and after the event. We have space of up to 50 listing agents at each event to present one listing each. At the end of that portion, there is a time for buyer’s agents to stand up and say “I have a buyer that is looking for this type of property in this location, etc.” There is no Vendor Sponsor speeches allowed at these events as this is not a time for outside sales. We are simply providing a pressure free environment for listing agents and buyer’s agents to market their properties and clients.
Here are the basic rules:
- No Vendor Sponsor Speeches
- Up to 50 Listing Presentation
- Unlimited Buyers Agents can attend
- We host event every 30 days – Check out our “Social Calendar”
- Have Fun
We will create PowerPoint Presentation tailored to those presenting their listings. When your property pops up, you stand up and give a 50 second commercial and push your property.
We will also set printed flyers which will also be posted on our site and emailed if you prefer. We will also train realtors on how to push the properties and to get the proper information ready for the presentation (full buyers report, jpeg of RE agent photo, agent company contact info).
